Nevada Health Partners (Full Contracting and Voting Membership)
✓ Applicant must be a single employer with its’ employees covered by the applicant’s self-insured medical plan.
✓ Applicant’s medical plan must (a) be self-insured, (b) contain a waiting period no longer than nine months, (c) have a satisfactory utilization review process and (d) provide for contribution by applicant of at least 50% of employee’s medical premiums.
✓ Applicant must have satisfactory financial stability, evidence of which must be submitted upon request.
✓ Applicant must agree to pay the annual NHP membership fee.
✓ Applicant must submit a New Member application along with a one-time membership enrollment fee, and consent to NVBGH Bylaws and Operational Policies.
Affiliate – Nevada Health Partners (Limited Contracting; Non-Voting membership)
✓ Same requirements as Regular Membership.
✓ Contracting limited to: Dental and Prescription Benefits
Health & Wellness Resource Partners – Nevada Business Group on Health
- Open to: Pharmaceutical Companies, Insurance Brokers, Benefits Consulting Organization or Pharmacy Benefit Management organizations.
Membership Levels and Annual Dues:
- Platinum $7,000
- Gold $5,000
- Bronze $1,500 (Brokers and all others)
✓ Applicant must submit a New Member Health & Wellness Resource Partner application.
✓ Applicant does not participate as an employer with a self-funded employee medical, dental, or prescription benefit management plan in the NVBGH/NHP affiliated purchase programs for the benefit of their employees, but wishes to participate as a stakeholder in achieving the NVBGH mission.
✓ If applicant is a Health Plan, Pharmacy Benefit Management organization, then applicant must be a provider of services to NVBGH/NHP employer members with self-funded or insured health plan programs, and maintain that ongoing relationship.
✓ If applicant is a Benefit Consulting organization, then applicant must have a client relationship with a NVBGH member and maintain that ongoing relationship.
✓ If applicant is a Pharmaceutical company, then applicant possesses health awareness, burden of illness, and educational tools and resources which provide multi-stakeholder, collaborative value in disease, health productivity, and health care management.
✓ Applicant agrees to follow NVBGH by-laws and membership policies established by NVBGH which may be changed from time to time by the Board.
Employer Members – Nevada Business Group on Health

- Open to both large and small Nevada employers; limited membership.
Employer Member Annual Dues 2024 – $200
✓ Benefits to include: valuable networking and education opportunities, workshops, webinars, group discounts on Executive Physicals, EAP Services, ACA required screenings & Immunizations; Affordable Care Act information updates, wellness initiatives and projects and discounts on educational luncheons.
✓ Applicant must submit a New Employer Member application along with Annual Dues.
